Overview 
The Demand Gen Manager is responsible for generated marketing leads, moving them through the marketing funnel and converting them into sales leads. This role will own all the current Dynatron Demand Gen programs and will help develop new channels for lead growth. With a focus on marketing lead to sales lead conversion, this role will work closely with other Marketing team members to get the most out of all our programs.
What You’ll Be Accountable For 

  • Generating qualified marketing leads to add to our top of funnel
  • Creating nurturing program to move leads through the funnel
  • Working with the SDR team to convert leads into sales meetings/sales leads
  • Working with Marketing Ops to report on and identify areas for conversion improvement
  • Managing outside partners who help execute paid advertising campaigns
  • Identifying new Demand Gen channels and programs
  • Managing the Demand Gen media spend budgets
  • Work with the Partner Marketing team to develop strategies to convert partner marketing events/leads to sales leads

Your Work DNA

  • Experience building and managing SEM & Paid Social programs
  • Experience in B2B software marketing and experience working with partners to execute paid campaigns
  • Experience building and executing SEO campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions
  • Experience managing marketing campaign budgets
  • Understanding of lead funnels, comfortable using the language of ROI, ROAS, CAC
  • Track record of delivering strong results and innovation.
  • Willingness to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work and thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Love for diverse work assignments and the opportunity to try new approaches

Your Background 

  • 3-5 years experience in Marketing Demand Gen in the B2B software space
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiar with traditional and digital marketing channels, content marketing and distribution platforms, and consumer analytics.
  • Experience with Hubspot required
  • Experience with SFDC required, experience with SugarCRM preferred
  • Experience with WordPress, basic HTML, Zapier, Typeform preferred
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus.
  • Some travel might be required.
