The Role

The Demand Fulfilment Coordinator ensures accurate alignment of grower supply with client demand by managing crop data, forecasts, stock availability, and weekly programme updates. The role supports efficient logistics planning, maintains strong communication across teams, and ensures fruit is delivered to customers according to specification, enabling smooth seasonal operations and informed decision making.


Key Performance Outputs

4-Weekly Estimates & Forecasting
  • Accurate collection, validation, and follow-up of 4‑week crop estimates.
  • Weekly comparison of estimates vs. actual deliveries with clear insights shared across teams.
  • Delivery of reliable 4‑week forecasts for weekly Sales Meetings.
Demand Planning & Allocation
  • Ensure client programs are consistently met through accurate supply planning.
  • Weekly communication of available volumes aligned to client specifications.
  • Monitoring stock vs. pre‑season plans and alerting Sales of forecast changes.
  • Early identification of shortfalls with proactive alternative solutions.
  • Issue timely weekly packing instructions aligned to client programs.
Logistics Coordination
  • Effective planning of transport routes, timing, and transporter allocation.
  • Clear communication of loading instructions and real‑time updates to stakeholders.
  • Rapid adjustment of logistics plans and resolution of transport issues.
Client Onboarding & Compliance
  • Completion of onboarding activities including KYC, T&Cs, and system setup.
  • Accurate capture of opportunities and sales orders on NetSuite.
  • Timely preparation and verification of client due diligence documentation.
  • Maintenance and communication of approved growers, varieties, and specifications.
Grower Feedback & Quality Monitoring
  • Retrieval and review of client QC feedback within 48 hours.
  • Validation of QC reports against internal data and client specifications.
  • Prompt communication of QC outcomes and issues to growers.
  • Follow-up on downgraded or reallocated stock with accurate system updates.
  • Contribution to end‑of‑season reviews and process improvements.


Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Agribusiness, Supply Chain, Business Management, or similar.
  • 2 years’ experience in fruit/agricultural sales or supply chain coordination.
Functional / Technical Skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and experience using ERP/stock management systems.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Exposure to quality assurance, HACCP, or food safety systems (advantageous but not essential).
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in order and inventory management, including coordinating sales orders, ensuring stock accuracy, and updating dispatch systems correctly.

  • Confident and decisive, able to make sound decisions within your area of responsibility.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Able to multi‑task, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
