Job Description:
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of Demand systems (including SFA, TPM, MDM, ETL and Webshop etc.) as business-side product owner
- Drive system enhancement, upgrade and roadmap planning in alignment with business priorities
- Translate business requirements into system solutions and partner with IT/vendors for delivery
- Ensure strong user adoption and continuous improvement across all pillars
- Lead data governance framework across Demand systems
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of key data (especially customer master data)
- Establish structured data cleaning and maintenance mechanisms
- Drive cross-function collaboration to improve overall data reliability
- Act as strategic partner to Pillars, deeply understanding business needs
- Consolidate and prioritize requirements into a clear digital roadmap
- Drive national-level standardization and best practice sharing
- Lead change management to ensure effective rollout and adoption
- Establish governance on system usage, data management and process compliance
- Identify and drive process optimization through digital solutions
- Ensure alignment with company policies and best practices
- Define and deliver standard reports and dashboards to support performance tracking
- Integrate multi-system data to build end-to-end visibility of Demand performance
