Responsibilities:Plan demand for a portfolio of products, ensuring excellent forecast accuracy and timely replenishment to meet customer service targets.
Achieve agreed KPIs such as SFD (Sales Forecast Development), ICSL (Internal Customer Service Level), and SSL (Stock Service Level).
Continuously review and update sales and production forecasts in terms of quantity and value across different time horizons (short, mid, long-term).
Manage replenishment by placing orders to production sites, suppliers, and co-packers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Ensure forecasting input from Sales, Marketing, and other departments (e.g., promotions, launches, delistings) is timely and reliable.
Maintain and periodically review planning master data in SAP and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) to support accurate forecasting and appropriate replenishment strategies.
Lead or support the monthly demand planning process and contribute to the S&OP cycle.
Monitor deviations between forecasts and actual sales and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in a consumer goods or B2B environment.
Strong command of Excel; experience with SAP, IBP, and BI tools is a strong asset.
Good knowledge of forecasting techniques and statistical analysis.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
