At Franciscan, the Demand and Resource Manager create, communicate and facilitate the demand and resource management processes based on best practice. The position reviews all demand for projects and works with the FAIS organization to ensure resource and capacity planning to meet priority needs based on informed Governance decision making. The Demand and Resource Manager will collaborate with the FAIS team to document and optimize workflow processes.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Maintain a framework to document and qualify project request (demands) to ensure timely processing and clear, ongoing communication of status.
Maintain information about individual staff assignments, expected start/end dates, allocations of total available time and roles filled.
Monitor actual usage versus planned usage for each project and report on major variances.
Produce a variety of management and executive dashboards and reports for transparency.
Assist with project schedules and perform resource forecasting.
Collaborate with the FAIS team to document and optimize workflow processes.
Assist, maintain and execute the FAIS governance process that validates priority, garners approvals and determines the relative ranking of project requests (demands).
Resolve conflicting/competing resource requirements and needs among requesters, and offer alternatives to initial resource requesters and external resource providers. As needed, escalate conflicts to leadership for decisions and actions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Relevant Field of Study Required
5 years Project Management Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute Preferred
3 years Information Technology Healthcare experience Preferred
ServiceNow experience Preferred
