Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan replenishment
Analyze inventory levels and recommend actions to ensure availability and avoid overstock
Monitor supply chain KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service levels and efficiency
Maintain and update product master data and system parameters supporting sales operations
Prepare and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports, ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery to both internal stakeholders and suppliers
Act as point of contact for suppliers to streamline data flow, ensure timely deliveries and strengthen collaboration
Provide ad-hoc reporting support to Sales and Commercial teams
Validate or deactivate product codes based on business needs
Work closely with IT to enhance reporting tools and automate recurring reporting processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Data & Reporting area
The Demand and Replenishment Planning Specialist at INTERBRANDS ORBICO in the Supply Department should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in demand forecasting and inventory management
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Proficiency in using supply chain management software
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Knowledge of best practices in supply chain planning
Bachelor's degree
Compensation and Benefits:
Gross monthly salary: 9572 RON (equivalent to approx. 5,600 RON net)
Meal vouchers: 45 RON / worked day
