Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective Deltek solutions.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides to ensure effective use of Deltek products by staff.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay current with Deltek product updates and industry best practices to ensure KEITH leverages the latest features and functionalities.
- Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting efforts to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems.
- Support project management efforts by providing technical expertise and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working with Deltek software solutions, specifically Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and project management principles as they relate to Deltek solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support end-users.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with SQL, database management, and data integration tools is a plus.
- Deltek certifications or relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
