Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Deltek Vantagepoint, including system configurations, workflows, and user security.
- Ensure data integrity through monitoring, analysis, clean‑up efforts, and support of data integrations (including API and ETL).
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and user‑defined components using SQL and advanced Excel to support business intelligence and decision‑making.
- Gather and translate business and reporting requirements from stakeholders into effective, tested system solutions.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Audit and manage user roles, permissions, and security to maintain compliance and governance standards.
- Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Provide user support and training to drive adoption and effective utilization of Deltek tools.
- Stay current on Deltek product updates, releases, and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support ongoing objectives and assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience administering Deltek Vantagepoint
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of accounting, finance, and project management principles within Deltek.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and train end-users.
- Experience with database management and data integration tools is preferred.
- Deltek certifications or related professional certifications are a plus.
