Job Description:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of experiential sales and marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement through innovative and immersive experiences, leveraging your knowledge of experiential sales and marketing best practices.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster growth through strategic partnerships, and expand the reach of our experiential programs.

  • Utilize your background in PC technology, especially within the gaming sector, to create tailored experiences and solutions that resonate with the target audience.

  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and operations to ensure successful program execution and performance.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of experiential programs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Program Management role with a strong focus on experiential sales and marketing.

  • A solid understanding of PC technology, particularly within the gaming industry, and its relationship to sales and marketing strategies.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

  • Experience identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and reports to internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • A background or interest in PC gaming, with a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, technologies, and trends.
