Job Description:
Responsibilities
▪ Creating sales development plans and being responsible for their implementation;
▪ Analyzing, monitoring, and establishing collaboration opportunities with company customers in line with the sales strategy;
▪ Managing and organizing a team and creating team development plans;
▪ Building and developing effective relationships with partners and acquiring new partners;
▪ Representing and presenting Ingram Micro's business at internal and external events, conferences, and other activities;
Expectations
▪ At least 10 years of management and team management experience;
▪ Very good command of English;
▪ Knowledge of the local market and partner network;
▪ Excellent organizational and project management skills;
▪ High level of independence and initiative in proposing solutions;
