The PositionWhat do we offer?
To be part of a new cohort of the Roche-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. 11 months of internships at Roche, where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.
You will have the opportunity to get on-the-job training by working on key projects with your designated department from Monday to Thursday and attend in-person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.
Our main location is Madrid, we are open to applications from all over Spain, but relocation will be needed as part of the program expectations. Office attendance is expected (with some flexibility) to enjoy the connection to our colleagues, network, and get exposure.
Last but not least, you will have mentorship by a Roche tutor who will give you continuous feedback to develop your professional skills. The mentors for the program are Roche's senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

Purpose of this internship?
The Roche Institute Foundation Internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in Personalized Precision Medicine and Digital Health while supporting projects implementation. The foundation's mission is to create a sustainable healthcare system by driving transformation through innovation, strategic vision, and collaboration. Interns will develop skills in marketing, digital communication, project management, and teamwork.
What would be your main responsibilities as an intern at Fundación Instituto Roche?
As a Trainee at Fundación Instituto Roche, you will play a key role in supporting the Foundation's projects and activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the team in the set-up of the Foundation's projects.
Assisting in the internal and external communication of projects.
Managing and analyzing the Foundation's social media presence.
Developing informative publications on Personalized Precision Medicine for the general public (e.g., infographics).
Preparing content for the website on Personalised Precision Medicine.
Participating in weekly Foundation meetings.
What are we looking for in this position?
Recent graduates or university students who will obtain their degree in the summer, in the areas of Life sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Veterinary, Medicine,...)
The ideal candidate will be committed to and enthusiastic about science dissemination. They will be a hard-working team player, with the ability to multitask.
We want proactive and curious candidates that are willing to learn and grow by challenging the status quo.
We are looking for flexible talents who adapt to changes and are willing to collaborate with teams in a network organization.
Advanced level of communication in English and Spanish.
Desirable to have international experience as a student or working abroad.

Commitment to dedicate yourself full-time to the program from September 2025 to August 2026.
