Job Description
Our DEI strategy focuses on driving progress and impact forwards on our 5 overarching goals:

increase the diversity of our Wiser population and Leads to reflect our global customer base

enhance the inclusivity of our products and services

evolve our DEI learning curriculum to increase DEI knowledge, actions and behavior in a high performance culture

ensure our processes and policies are fair and equitable particularly in decision making moments

improve our DEI data capture, analysis and reporting
Our DEI team sits in the People team and is globally distributed across our largest offices: London, Budapest and Tallinn. We hope to have our first Austin based team member join us in this role.
Qualifications

This is a hybrid position located in Austin, Texas and not fully remote. You must be able to commute to the office or open to relocation

You must already be legally authorized to work in the US, we cannot sponsor Visas for this position

The salary range for this role is $105-$125k/ annually + benefits + stocks

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
