Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and emerging trends in organisational employee Experience, Diversity, methodologies to create dynamic frameworks and programs.

  • Contribute to Strategy, lead the design and deployment of organizational development (‘OD’) frameworks and processes, including but not limited to culture, Employee Experience, values, Diversity and talent to deliver sustainable high performance and build capabilities for the future.

  • Work in partnership with business stakeholders to deliver organisation-wide Diversity initiatives and Employee experience action plans in line with organisation's Diversity and Listening strategies.

  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEI and Employee Experience initiatives, and monitor/measure, analyse and present data trends to the Leadership teams to drive change.

  • Support WGEA reporting by providing information on DEI initiatives and outcomes.

  • Partner with communications to regularly communicate OD initiatives, aspects, and progress.

  • Take the lead in critically analysing, measuring and improving our current, Employee Experience, Diversity, frameworks, and drive other OD portfolio initiatives as required.

  • Provide education and expert facilitation and coaching to HR community, people leaders regarding OD concepts, methods, processes and tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on organizational development and DEI initiatives.

  • Proven experience in HR and business transformation.

  • Strong project management and leadership skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Education in relevant discipline.

  • 5- 10 years of experience in Human Resources.

  • Prior experience in organizational development, talent development and/or human resources business partnering.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
