DEG Special Project Management (SPM) - Engineer

As a Special Projects Manager in DEG Product Engineering, you will work with leadership and program peers to manage key projects and business processes which align to strategic department and corporate goals.
You will be responsible for managing programs/processes to achieve specific business goals and objectives. You will develop and track metrics to predict results and outcomes critical to success of the program. Additional responsibilities will include analysis of program progress. 

Responsibilities and tasks:

Program Governance – Initiation, Planning, Execution and Reporting   

• Identify Stakeholders and manage expectations.  
• Define program scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve program goals.     
• Plan and schedule program timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track program milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Drive programs to satisfactory conclusion

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Operation, Engineering, semiconductors 
• Strong project management, planning and organization skills, including ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with peers and managers.
• Experience with global networking.
• At least 2 years’ experience in project management
