Europcar New Zealand are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Defleet Assistant / Ready Return Officer to join our New Zealand team based in Christchurch Airport, NZ on a permanent full time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the defleet of sale vehicles and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Assist the Fleet Controller to defleet sale vehicles
Assist with the coordination and control of sale vehicle freights between stations ensuring minimal costs and time efficiency
Ensure the maximum return of sale vehicles to point of defleet
Assist with the assignment of fleet to owning or defleet Region via applicable rentals
Maintain stock levels for relevant winter equipment and support the installation/removal where required
To greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey
Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred
To be considered for this position you should possess:
Experience working in a sales/ retail environment
Administration experience is highly advantageous
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service mindset
Clear, confident communication skills
Ability to work around a 7-day rotating shift roster
Exceptional level of communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid New Zealand driver's license
Current and ongoing New Zealand work rights
