The Residency Program exists to empower the next generation of ministry leaders through full-time apprenticeship and hands-on experience.
Job DescriptionThe average time spent per week for Definition residents will be 40 hours. We want to ensure that residents are taking two days off to rest each week (Fridays and Saturdays are off days).
- Personal Development 2 hours per week
- Staff meetings and staff development 4-5 hours per week
- Campus Outreach 5 hours per week
- Discipleship Meetings 5 hours per week
- Ministry meetings (campus groups, small groups, team nights, YA Nights) 5 hours per week
- Central event planning 3 hours per week
- Admin work 2 hours per week
- Support Raising
- Sunday/Saturday services 7 hours per week
What We Do
Reliant Mission partners with churches and nonprofits to support employed ministry programs, focusing on the development of character, skills, and doctrine. They provide participants with applicant assessment, support raising training, coaching, and employment-related guidance, while managing the salary and benefits for those in their short-term or two-year residency and internship programs.
