  • An optimized Jira tracking system with clear workflows, insightful dashboards, and automated reporting.
  • Collaborative bridges between our V&V, software, hardware, and systems engineering teams through effective communication.
  • Clarity and precision by ensuring every defect is accurately documented, reproduced, and prioritized.
  • Actionable insights for leadership by monitoring defect trends and producing clear status reports.
  • A culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and refining our resolution processes.
  • The framework for root cause analysis on critical issues, ensuring we learn from every challenge.
  • Confidence in our product releases by providing key metrics and closure summaries to the V&V team.
  • A central knowledge base in Notion for all software quality control management processes and best practices.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in software quality control management, quality assurance, or test coordination within a modern technology environment.
  • Deep expertise with issue tracking tools like Jira, including configuring workflows and creating insightful dashboards.
  • A highly organized approach, with a talent for managing a high volume of issues across multiple projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and translate technical details for any audience.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving engineering landscape.
  • An interest in robotics, defense, or automotive systems and an eagerness to work on safety-critical products.
  • Familiarity with Agile, V-Model, or hybrid development methodologies is a strong plus.
