Buscamos un Decorador o Decoradora creativo y detallista para unirse a nuestro equipo en CROWN Famosa, S.A. de C.V. El candidato ideal será responsable de transformar espacios en ambientes estéticamente agradables y funcionales, alineados con las necesidades y visión de nuestros clientes.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Diseñar y ejecutar proyectos de decoración para diversos espacios, residenciales y/o comerciales.
* Consultar con clientes para entender sus preferencias, necesidades y presupuesto.
* Desarrollar conceptos de diseño.
* Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias en diseño de interiores y decoración.
* Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente a lo largo de todo el proceso del proyecto.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
* Título o certificación en Diseño de Interiores, Decoración o campo relacionado.
* Experiencia demostrable como Decorador/a o en un rol similar.
* Portafolio sólido que demuestre creatividad y habilidad en diseño.
* Dominio de software de diseño (por ejemplo, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop).
* Excelente sentido estético, atención al detalle y habilidades de color.
* Habilidades de comunicación y presentación excepcionales.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
* Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y cumplir con los plazos.
* Orientación al cliente y capacidad para interpretar y satisfacer sus necesidades.

Skills Required
- Degree or certification in Interior Design, Decoration, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience as a decorator or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design ability
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Photoshop
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and color skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Customer orientation and ability to interpret and satisfy client needs
