*Position Overview
Deck Assembly 2 is responsible for assembling various components on the boat to complete installation of the deck.
Essential Job Functions
* Able to drill out rails and patterns for seat clips on each unit
* Install lids, cleats, side panels, and shifters
* Able to measure out stud locations on each unit, assemble shifters, caulk cleaks
* Ability to read build orders/prints and tape measure
* Experience with air and hand tools such as screw guns, impact guns, caulking guns, and air ratchets
* Understand process of line moves

Preferred Qualifications
Requirements
* Able to stand and walk frequently; will not stand in one spot long
* Stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and bending frequently
* Must be able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds of material
* Work inside (without air conditioning)

* Ability to be cross trained

Skills Required
- Experience with air and hand tools (screw guns, impact guns, caulking guns, air ratchets)
- Ability to read build orders/prints and accurately use a tape measure
- Drill rails and pattern holes for seat clips and install seat clips
- Install lids, cleats, side panels, and shifters
- Measure stud locations, assemble shifters, and caulk cleats
- Understand and follow line-move processes
- Able to stand, walk frequently, and perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and bending
- Must be able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds
- Work indoors in environments without air conditioning
- Use required PPE (safety glasses, gloves)
- Ability and willingness to be cross-trained
