About the Role
- As a Decision Support Manager, you’ll play a critical role in guiding strategic and operational decisions through data-driven insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to evaluate performance, support business planning, and uncover opportunities that drive value. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and has strong analytical and communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with senior leaders to provide insights that shape strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain financial models and business cases for investments, initiatives, and resource planning.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Analyze performance across business units and identify areas for growth, efficiency, or risk mitigation.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Design and manage KPIs and dashboards to track performance and ensure accountability.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects related to pricing, cost optimization, market expansion, and more.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytical outputs.
You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant master’s a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in a data-driven, strategic role such as FP&A, business intelligence, consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools Strong financial modeling and business case development experience.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to convey complex data simply and persuasively.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- A curious, proactive mindset with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or dynamic environment is a plus.
