RAPP Detroit is looking for a Decision Support Analyst to join our award-winning Technology team.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Decision Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing operations by leveraging Adobe Campaign Classic to design, build and optimize audiences for personalized omni-channel campaigns. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and marketing knowledge to drive impactful decisions and enhance customer engagement and marketing performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Audience Segmentation and Targeting:

  • Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to support personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize Adobe Campaign Classic (v7/v8) and or AEP, AJO to create, maintain, and optimize audiences for multi-channel campaigns.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze customer data to uncover insights and trends that inform audience strategies.
  • Conduct performance analysis of campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, data science, Analytics, and IT teams to ensure alignment on audience strategies and campaign execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable audience strategies.

System Management:

  • Maintain and ensure the integrity of data within Adobe Campaign Classic, from initial audience build all the way through to reporting and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audience builds and segmentation.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices related to audience building.
  • Create detailed reports to communicate findings, metrics, and insights to stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on audience segmentation and campaign management
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic is required (Adobe campaign expert business practitioner or adobe campaign developer certification preferred)

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Experience leveraging Javascript in ACC to control workflows operations and query critical schemas.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Experience working with data engineering solutions (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Databricks (notebooks, spark/python, automations, versioning) is a plus.

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketing or customer engagement role.
  • Familiarity with other marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR) and their impact on audience building.

This range is specific to Detroit and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
