Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Decision Support Analyst to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role will be responsible for distilling business needs into analytical exercises to find root causes and drivers of outcomes that can be used to create insights in a way that results in changes or actions that are measured for impact of business. To do this, it will require business understanding, data savvy, analytical prowess for explanatory analytics, basic statistical knowledge to do regression testing and design experiments. Finally, this role will require relationship building and communication skills to act as a trusted advisor to process and business owners.
