BlackStone eIT is looking for an innovative and experienced Decision Intelligence Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing cutting-edge products that leverage decision intelligence to drive strategic choices and enhance user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive and impactful user-centered design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of users in the context of decision intelligence applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to define product requirements and design specifications.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and best practices for decision intelligence products.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in decision intelligence and design.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in decision intelligence or data-driven applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and a user-centered design approach.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Familiarity with decision intelligence concepts and technologies is a plus.
