You will lead end-to-end business analysis workstreams, leveraging advanced analytics and statistical modeling to tackle ambiguity and transform complex clinical or operational data into actionable insights. Your Impact & Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory & Leadership: Independently manage end-to-end BA workstreams. You will act as a consultant to cross-functional teams, shaping stakeholder perspectives and aligning project goals with long-term solution roadmaps.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets (quantitative and qualitative) to inform product and UX decisions; Experience translating user behavior, metrics, and feedback into actionable insight; Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau
Solution Design & Product Development: Translate complex business requirements into strategic implementation plans. You will design data products (datasets, KPI frameworks) and evaluate vendor solutions to ensure they meet our technical and business standards.
User Behavior & Experience Analysis: Strong capability to analyze user journeys, pain points, and interaction patterns; Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations; Familiarity with UX research tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel
Requirements Elicitation & Problem Structuring: Expertise in breaking down ambiguous business problems into structured requirements and hypotheses; Ability to synthesize stakeholder needs, technical constraints, and user expectations into clear functional and non-functional requirements; Skilled in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Process Excellence & Mentorship: As a senior member of our Community of Practice, you will mentor junior and intermediate BAs, proactively shaping our methodologies and driving continuous improvement in our operational workflows.
Technical Integrity: Drive the analysis and ensure comprehensive requirements traceability, maintaining a focus on data governance and change management.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Consultancy, with at least 3+ years within the Life Sciences/Pharma industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields - Information Systems / Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration (with a focus on IT, Analytics, or Operations), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or UX-related discipline, Data Analytics / Data Science. Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in - MBA (Information Systems or Product Management focus), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI),Data Analytics / Business Analytics is highly desirable.
Analytical Mastery: SQL, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), UX analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence). Familiarity with UX design tools (Figma)
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated experience translating requirements into implementation plans that align with global business objectives.
Communication: Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) with exceptional ability to influence and facilitate workshops at all levels of the organization.
