Join TMGM, a globally renowned multi-asset financial services provider headquartered in Sydney since 2013. We specialize in clearing and broking services, offering clients access to over 12,000 tradeable products, including Forex, CFDs, equities, and bonds. TMGM is proud to be the Official Partner of Chelsea Football Club and the Brooklyn Nets in 2025, partnering with iconic global brands to drive innovation and engagement in both financial and sporting arenas.

The Team

We're TMGM's dealing desk — one desk following the group's book around the clock, session by session. In Limassol the desk takes its session on that book — the aggregate exposure across FX, metals, indices and other CFDs, the pricing and liquidity behind it, and the calls that keep it inside its limits — and you're part of the watch.

The work is real-time, the screens are live, and you learn to read a book by actually reading one.

The Limassol desk supports TMGM's licensed entities under group service arrangements — it doesn't handle client orders or give investment advice. It sees the risk first, acts within a written mandate, and escalates fast.

It's an experienced team at the heart of the firm's risk operation, and it takes developing its juniors seriously.

Why This Role Exists

Good dealers are grown, and this is the seat we grow them in.

We want someone early in their career who's sharp with numbers, calm when the market isn't, and curious about how a CFD desk actually works.

You'll start with the watching, the reconciling and the reporting — done properly, those are exactly how you learn to read exposure — and take on more as you earn it, within clearly defined permissions and with a senior dealer beside you.

A technical edge is a real advantage here too, not a requirement — comfort with data is how good dealers start compounding early, and whatever you bring, the desk will put to use and grow.

If you want a real seat in front of real markets — not a back-office view of them — this is it.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Learn the desk from the inside: work your session alongside the senior dealers, stay within clearly defined permissions, and escalate early — asking fast beats guessing.
  • Monitor the group's aggregate exposure across FX and CFDs — concentration, LP balances, margin utilisation — against approved limits, and flag anything drifting toward a limit straight away.
  • Watch pricing and liquidity — feeds, spreads, rejections, slippage, latency, stale prices, LP performance — and raise anomalies the moment something looks wrong.
  • Follow market movements, news, the economic calendar and sudden events, and learn what each one means for the book.
  • Assist with hedging and exposure-rebalancing on the licensed entities' own account — only where specifically authorised, under supervision and within documented limits.
  • Prepare and reconcile the daily exposure, P&L and dealing reports, chase discrepancies, and keep clean handover records.
  • Spot unusual trading activity and escalate it through the desk's documented escalation path; keep complete records on approved systems and channels.
  • Contribute to the desk's data and automation work — if you code, there's real work for it from day one.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or a quantitative/IT discipline.
  • Up to two years in financial services, trading operations, market risk or data analysis — strong graduates with relevant internships or projects are welcome.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, market structure and how a CFD broker actually works.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, accuracy with detail, and the discipline to stay calm and focused in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable working with data, reconciliations and dashboards — and any programming or scripting you bring is a strong advantage, not a requirement.
  • The confidence to ask, raise concerns and escalate promptly — on this desk that's a strength, not a weakness.
  • Strong communication, inside the team and with the teams you work with.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
What's In It for You
  • A real seat on a live desk from day one — supervised, structured, and pointed at genuine responsibility.
  • Training from senior dealers who run the book every day, and a desk that puts your questions — and your ideas — to work.
  • Visibility across the whole desk — you see how a real CFD risk operation runs end to end.
  • A clear path that grows with your competence and judgement — dealer to senior dealer.

Benefits
  • Join an industry leader with global brand partnerships and ambitious growth plans.
  • Be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven team.
  • Drive meaningful impact at the intersection of finance and sport.
  • Competitive remuneration and professional development opportunities.

The role does not involve handling client orders or providing investment advice, and all dealing-related activity is performed within written authority, approved risk limits and applicable approval arrangements.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative or IT discipline
  • Up to two years of experience in financial services, trading operations, market risk, or data analysis; relevant internships or projects accepted for strong graduates
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, market structure, and CFD brokerage operations
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfort working with data, reconciliations, and dashboards
  • Programming or scripting experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
