As a Dealertainer, you are a high-energy, charismatic performer who combines skilled table game dealing with lively entertainment to create a truly unique and unforgettable guest experience — all in a vibrant poolside setting. You thrive in the spotlight, effortlessly engaging and entertaining players while maintaining the integrity and flow of the game. Whether dealing in swimwear, hosting themed games, or performing between hands, you bring fun, flair, and professionalism to every shift. Adaptable and outgoing, you help create a party atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
  • Deal designated casino games while actively entertaining and interacting with guests
  • Create a fun, lively, and inviting atmosphere that encourages guest participation
  • Ensure accurate chip handling, game integrity, and responsible gaming practices
  • Handles payoff transactions and collects losing bets
  • Receives chips to table (fills), verifies amounts and places chips on the table
  • Counts and verifies chips returning to the cage (credits)
  • Notifies management of any irregularities in the game
  • Delivers high-energy entertainment in a poolside environment, interacting with guests during promotional events while embodying the vibrant atmosphere
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 3 months of experience dealing multiple games or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience as a dealer, or entertainment dealer preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in hot temperatures, in swimwear
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally push/pull up to 20lbs.
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
  • Regularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist
  • Constantly standing and walking in extreme hot weather
  • Ability to communicate using in-person speech
  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
  • Ability to distinguish between shades of color
  • Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
