As a Deal Services Analyst in Global Banking Deal Services, you will partner with coverage and product teams to support relationship management activities and the execution of transactions across debt, equity, and mergers and acquisitions. You will help maintain control of key milestones, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to efficient and timely deal execution.
Job responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with deal teams, supporting origination and execution across a portfolio of clients and sectors, including North America coverage
- Coordinate timely completion of client and transaction activities and milestones, including negative media reviews, environmental, social and governance assessments, sanctions due diligence, announcements, and closing readiness
- Participate in due diligence discussions to capture requirements, coordinate follow-up actions, and track completion through to closure
- Manage and monitor the deal pipeline, maintaining accurate status updates and milestone tracking
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance, and business management teams to support client and transaction execution needs
- Provide end-to-end oversight support for underwriting committee approval processes, including preparation, tracking, and follow-up actions
- Partner with Wholesale Know Your Customer Operations to facilitate advisory activities for new and existing business, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce administrative workload, and improve execution efficiency
- Monitor deal controls to ensure milestones are met on time, risks are escalated appropriately, and issues are addressed promptly

- Experience and working knowledge of investment banking products, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, leveraged finance, debt capital markets, or loans
