What you’ll be doing:
- Quickly learn and master processes within the Salesforce CRM & CPQ system to assist sales reps with inquiries.
- Support Sales with subscription data, quotes, Order Forms and closing opportunities
- Assist Sales with correct SKU selection and ensure those SKUs with limited access are added in line with business guidance.
- Assist Sales with quote updates for those items with limited access in line with business guidance.
- Work cross functionally with the Business Systems, Finance, Product and Deal Desk teams to support the Sales.
- Respond to Sales inquiries in a timely manner
- Be a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ in Salesforce and Deal processes
- Identify ways to automate and optimize the deal processes / business methods.
- Ad hoc projects as necessary
- Experience you’ll need: 1+ years of experience with Sales Ops, Channel Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales
- Experience with direct SaaS sales ecosystems and sales quoting
- Experience in a high volume / multi transactional environment
- Experience with the following tools Salesforce, CPQ
- Self-starter who is willing and excited to roll up their sleeves and learn
- Strong attention to detail
