Deal Governance Facilitator- Freelance en full remote
The Deal Governance Facilitator orchestrates and manages governance processes for the largest strategic deals, ensuring fast decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution from qualification through close.
· Organize and facilitate weekly Stand-Ups, Steering Committee meetings (SteerCos/CapCos), and Hypercare sessions
· Prepare governance materials, agendas, and pre-reads for deal leadership
· Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items with clear accountability
· Ensure timely follow-up and escalation of critical issues
Deal Qualification Support
· Organize deal qualification sessions for €50M+ opportunities
· Document qualification assessments and capture rationale for Go/No-Go decisions
· Provide administrative support for resource allocation and A-Team staffing decisions
· Track qualification metrics and outcomes
Stakeholder Management
· Coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders (Sales, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Delivery)
· Ensure alignment between deal teams and executive sponsors
· Manage communication flow and information distribution
· Build credibility with management-level stakeholders
Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain comprehensive deal documentation and governance artifacts
· Support GamePlan updates and pipeline forecast accuracy
· Ensure governance records are complete, accessible, and audit-ready
· Track deal milestones and governance cadence
Required Qualifications
Essential Experience
· 5-7 years in deal operations, sales operations, program management, or governance roles
· Experience supporting large, complex enterprise deals (€25M+ preferred)
· Proven track record in stakeholder management at management level
· Familiarity with sales methodologies and deal governance frameworks
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
· Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics) and deal tracking tools
· Strong documentation and process management capabilities
· Excellent meeting facilitation and minute-taking skills
Interpersonal Skills
· Management-level credibility and professional presence
· Ability to influence without direct authority
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
· Diplomatic communication skills for navigating complex stakeholder environments
Business Acumen
· Understanding of enterprise sales processes and deal lifecycle

Reporting Structure
Reports to: Director/Head of Deal Excellence Collaboration: VP BDM, BDM Mgt Team, Deal Team Members and Strategic Deal Executives as well as Governance Stakeholders
Location & Travel
· Location: Europe (EU time zone relevance critical)
