Our Opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and detail-oriented professional to join our Deal Desk function and contribute to our growing sales operations.
Snyk is looking for a Deal Desk Associate to help optimize our deal lifecycle and support our sales team in driving revenue growth.
You’ll help streamline processes, ensure accuracy in quotes, and contribute to effective deal strategies.
As a key support figure for the sales team, you will help identify efficient pathways for deal closures and ensure compliance with company policies.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
Supporting the formulation and execution of strategic deal initiatives.
Assisting in the quote approval process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams like finance and sales operations to streamline processes.
Providing support to the sales team throughout the deal process, addressing inquiries and resolving basic issues.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the deal desk function by analyzing processes and identifying areas for optimization.
What You’ll Need:
1+ years of proven experience in finance, sales operations, deal desk support, or related roles.
Experience in a professional setting, ideally involving collaboration with sales or finance teams.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of go-to-market dynamics and stakeholder-specific programs.
Basic understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret information.
Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Effective communication skills, capable of interacting with various team members.
To thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and as a part of a results-oriented team.
We’d be Lucky if You:
Have a basic understanding of cloud platforms and private offers.
Have a history of proactively identifying and suggesting solutions to problems.
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
