- Review, restructure and process requests for sales quote approvals, order form updates and reviews, and client concessions in a timely and consistent manner
- Actively participating in deal structuring and provide knowledgeable guidance to the sales organization
- Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and Billing teams to ensure compliance with company policies
- Support business growth by taking a proactive and collaborative approach with both finance and external company stakeholders
- Participate in system improvements to drive growth and support changing processes
- At least 3 years of direct experience in deal desk operations or a related field, specifically for a company selling SaaS solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail, with strong time management and efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Outstanding attention to detail and succinct written communication
- Curious individuals who learn quickly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- At least 3 years of Salesforce CPQ experience. Admin experience preferred but not required
- 1+ years of Ironclad experience preferred
- 1+ years of ClickUp experience preferred
