Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic DOC Deal Desk Expert to join our Sales Support & Administration team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving top-line and bottom-line growth by guiding commercial teams through complex pricing strategies and deal structuring. You’ll have the opportunity to serve as an internal advocate and global subject matter expert, bridging the gap between local market needs and enterprise financial goals. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:
Opportunity & Deal Management: Guide commercial teams on deal structuring, pricing guidance, and approval governance to facilitate timely opportunity closures.
Pricing Strategy & Bespoke Analytics: Build customized deal models using customer financial data, develop "price-to-win" strategies, and complete complex RFP pricing templates.
Process Optimization & Compliance: Identify sales workflow bottlenecks, standardize deal governance across international markets, and lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify the user experience.
Cross-Functional Advisory & Communication: Partner with Sales, Legal, and Product leadership to provide regular updates on open opportunities, track metrics against SLAs, and convert performance data into actionable business recommendations.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of relevant experience in deal structuring, price management, financial modeling, and complex sales support.
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies, commercial policy governance, RFP responses, and revenue optimization workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, pricing tools, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional international language skills are preferred.
A University Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
