As our presence in the APAC region—with Singapore serving as our dynamic regional headquarters—continues to expand rapidly, we are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Deal Desk Analyst to join our team.

This role is a premier opportunity for a commercial operations professional who wants to elevate their career by combining deep financial acumen with the opportunity to shape high-stakes, complex enterprise technology deals across the diverse Asia-Pacific market.

Position Overview

  • Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be the central operational engine for regional deal execution, ensuring commercial viability and compliance.

  • Strategic Deal Structuring: Collaborate directly with regional Account Executives and Sales Leadership to construct complex, non-standard enterprise deals, optimizing for both customer value and OutSystems' revenue goals.

  • Commercial Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team on pricing strategies, discount positioning, contract negotiations, and commercial terms.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison aligning Sales, Legal, Finance, and Order Management. Ensure smooth communication and swift resolution of roadblocks during the quote-to-cash process.

  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all proposed deals adhere to internal corporate policies, legal guidelines, and software revenue recognition principles (e.g., ASC 606).

  • System & Process Optimization: Manage and optimize the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) process within Salesforce. Identify bottlenecks in the deal approval workflow and propose process improvements to increase deal velocity.

  • Data Accuracy & Reporting: Maintain pristine accuracy of deal data in CRM systems, providing leadership with reliable insights into deal pipeline, discount trends, and commercial metrics.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded professional with a keen eye for detail and the confidence to guide senior sales teams.

  • Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance role, specifically within the B2B enterprise software (SaaS/PaaS) industry.

  • Technical Tooling: Strong, hands-on proficiency with CRM and CPQ systems (Salesforce CPQ experience is highly preferred). Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling.

  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of enterprise software pricing models, subscription metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn), and SaaS legal/commercial terms.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Working knowledge of software revenue recognition standards and corporate compliance protocols.

  • Communication & Diplomacy: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The ability to firmly but constructively push back on non-compliant requests while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with a high-performing sales team.

  • Cultural Intelligence: Ability to thrive in a highly diverse, multi-cultural environment, understanding the nuances of doing business across different APAC countries.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related highly analytical field.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: A highly competitive base salary paired with a bonus structure tied to company growth.

  • Statutory Benefits: Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents in compliance with local labor laws.

  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Premium private medical insurance coverage for you and your dependents, with flexible benefits.

  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible working arrangements (Hybrid work model), generous paid annual leave, and observance of all Singapore public holidays.

  • Continuous Growth: Dedicated budget and resources for continuous career development, certifications, and ongoing learning within the fast-paced SaaS operations space.

  • Global Culture: The opportunity to be a pivotal player in a high-growth, global organization, collaborating within a diverse, inclusive workplace culture in the heart of Singapore's vibrant tech hub.
