To support the significant growth and development of the organization, we are seeking the expertise and capability of Deal Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll do at HammerTech

As part of the Revenue Operations team this role will collaborate closely with the Sales, Legal and Finance teams to ensure smooth, timely and accurate deal execution for a seamless purchasing experience. This role will be a critical partner for the various stages of the sales life cycle supporting tasks such as:

  • Being the go-to resource for quick reliable help with pricing, quoting and approvals
  • Help to ensure smooth and timely execution of deals
  • Escalations where necessary

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end deal process, ensuring pricing, approvals, and contract terms are accurate and compliant with company policy
  • Partner with sales, finance, legal, and operations to remove bottlenecks and maintain a smooth quote-to-cash execution
  • Assist with cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the quote-to-cash process
  • Create, maintain and communicate standard operating procedures and approval matrices for quoting and pricing

Our ideal candidate will bring the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Sales Support, or similar role within a SaaS or Cloud-focused organization.
  • Solid understanding of pricing fundamentals and experience reviewing or administering pricing proposals.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $66,000.00 to $81,300.00 per year. Actual compensation will vary based on candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
