About the Role
The Deal Desk Analyst (Revenue Operations) thrives under time-sensitive conditions to ensure that our customers receive accurate and timely business proposals. Our customers depend on our products to ensure driver productivity and safety, cost-effective fleet management, and to develop their own successful technology-enabled services. This role drives the process of translating our field organization’s view of customer requirements into proposal materials that are tailored to each prospective client’s needs. This includes a multi-faceted approval process to ensure that our marketplace partners and internally developed products are accurately documented, approved, and delivered to enable win-win business transactions.
The Deal Desk Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and partner teams, often under tight deadlines, to produce meticulously accurate proposals and contracts. Essential Responsibilities:
- Confirm that negotiated terms align with overall margin targets and maintain competitive rates for our customers.
- Use and maintain tools to quickly verify the profitability of deal structures involving IOT hardware, SaaS, and services.
- Pinpoint pricing risks or opportunities for value-add to the customer, and escalate recommendations to leadership.
- Serve as a conduit for internal approvals.
- Escalate roadblocks or delays efficiently, ensuring your assigned deals move through the pipeline quickly without compromising accuracy.
- Verify that final contracts precisely match approved quotes.
- Maintain key metrics related to sales cycles and quote-to-cash process, within our CRM system of record.
- Proactively identify process bottlenecks and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Standardize best practices that maintain speed without sacrificing detail, helping our customers get the solutions they need when they need them.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years related experience required
- The ideal candidate has a proven history orchestrating complex, time-sensitive B2B transactions for a SaaS, IoT, or enterprise software/hardware company in a sales operations, revenue operations, or sales coordination role with a basic understanding of accounting.
- Project management and scenario planning under time pressure in collaborative environments;
- Meticulous attention to detail with written communications, CRM, and spreadsheets;
- Strong customer service-oriented interpersonal style.
- A passion for learning about revenue operations within a fast-paced, growing technology business.

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $91,284 and $141,485. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
