- Lead process development and mass-production introduction of liquid-cooled power products.
- Establish and optimize assembly, sealing, testing, and manufacturing process standards.
- Develop and improve leak prevention, coolant filling, venting, and reliability processes for liquid-cooling systems.
- Drive automation production line deployment and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues to improve product yield, quality, and production efficiency.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure successful product delivery and manufacturing excellence.
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines.
- More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering within liquid cooling, power electronics, power supply, or data center industries.
- Familiar with NPI, PFMEA, and liquid-cooling assembly processes.
- Proficient in engineering and analytical tools such as Cero,Mentor PADS/ Xpedition.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience with data center liquid cooling and/or AI server liquid cooling is preferred.
Skills Required
