Lead development and mass-production introduction of liquid-cooled power products. Establish and optimize assembly, sealing, testing, leak-prevention, coolant filling/venting, and reliability processes. Drive automation deployment and continuous improvement, analyze and resolve manufacturing issues to improve yield, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure successful product delivery.

  • More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering within liquid cooling, power electronics, power supply, or data center industries. ​
  • Familiar with NPI, PFMEA, and liquid-cooling assembly processes. ​
  • Proficient in engineering and analytical tools such as Cero,Mentor PADS/ Xpedition. ​
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.​

Experience with data center liquid cooling and/or AI server liquid cooling is preferred.​

Skills Required
