职责描述:
定期回顾所辖区域DCP/DTP门店资质,帮助医药团队筛选最适合的目标门店 负责所辖地区DTP渠道产品进店、DDI数据对接、管理进销存;
3、对接商务团队,保证药品供应;
4、日常拜访门店,协助展开药师培训。
任职要求:
1、大学本科及以上学历,临床医学、药学专业优先;
2、熟悉DTP业务谈判及业务衔接流程,具有2年以上医药企业管理经验;在进口合资企业从事销售管理、从事过商务管理工作和DCP/DTP管理工作优先;
3、乐观敬业,责任心强,具有团队合作精神,有良好的表达能力和人际沟通能力,熟练使用相关办公软件。
4、能够适应出差,服从公司区域分配。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in clinical medicine or pharmacy
- Familiarity with DTP business negotiation and operational processes, with 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical management
- Experience in sales management or business management in a joint venture or imported pharmaceutical company preferred
- Ability to travel as needed and comply with regional assignments
