Job DescriptionAs a Systems Integration Lead, you will be responsible for developing SSD Product requirements document leading to SSD feature development. This work requires deep understanding of SSD specifications, Customer requirements and marketing requirements for product success. In this position, you will be the overall technical leader for SSD program responsible for delivering a high-quality Solidigm product at PRQ.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- To partner with PDT, Marketing leaders, Product Validation, Firmware Engineering and QRE team to understand and refine customer requirements in order to accurately deliver the defined NAND SSD product.
- To perform technical gap analysis on Customer Requirements (CRD) in relation to the Product Requirements document (PRD) and either prioritize gap closure within the PDT or follow through with future product
- To represent Systems Engineering, participate in, and/or assist Solidigm Marketing organization with technical customer engagements, as required.
- Primary cross-discipline technical lead for providing updates on any customer and qualification issues across their integrated products.
- To contribute to technical cross-functional forums throughout the SSD development process/life-cycle for setting product-level technical direction and addressing cross-functional technical issue.
- To own and/or drive the debug of top product/system level issues effecting customer deliverables.
- To be the quality gate-keeper for all customer deliverables and/or checklists towards customer milestones and eventually completion of product qualification.
- Bachelor's degree with minimum least 7-10 yrs of experience
- Degree should be in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- System level experience spanning H/W and S/W domains is highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SSDs.
- Data collection and analysis of system level PnP.
- Experience with bench test equipment, O-scope, analyzers, others.
- System level validation/debug and/or failure analysis.
- Experience with NVMe-based SSDs (including Architectural and Firmware algorithm knowledge as well as experience in debugging system-level issues related to NVMe/PCIe SSDs) is a big plus.
This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs. The compensation range for this role is $121,280 - $194,100. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
