SOME DUTIES:
- Manages all operations related to the distribution of Unit Fulfillment merchandise into the Distribution Center.
- Manages a diverse workforce of 160+ associates, including training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating.
- Analyzes operations, and develops and implements processes and procedures to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Help to increase and maintain accuracy of selected merchandise.
- Ability to prioritize while performing multiple tasks.
- Responsible for all distribution of Unit Fulfillment merchandise to more than 100 stores, with units in excess of 2,000,000 weekly.
- Prepares and maintains necessary records and reports.
- Required to learn company policies and procedures.
- Required to learn company safety rules.
Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
