Job Description:

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 10 years related work experience required, including at least 5 years of management experience.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of AS/400, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of general warehousing practices and procedures.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures required.
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in mezzanines or material handling equipment up to 35 feet in height.

ATTENDANCE:

  • Regular attendance required.

SOME DUTIES:

  • Manages all operations related to the distribution of Unit Fulfillment merchandise into the Distribution Center.
  • Manages a diverse workforce of 160+ associates, including training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating.
  • Analyzes operations, and develops and implements processes and procedures to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Help to increase and maintain accuracy of selected merchandise.
  • Ability to prioritize while performing multiple tasks.
  • Responsible for all distribution of Unit Fulfillment merchandise to more than 100 stores, with units in excess of 2,000,000 weekly.
  • Prepares and maintains necessary records and reports.
  • Required to learn company policies and procedures.
  • Required to learn company safety rules.

Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
