Job Description
- Control of financial and non-financial KPIs and operating expenses
- Analyze and present realized operational targets
- Actively participate in the preparation of the distribution center budget and supervise its implementation
- Recommend and implement new strategies to improve performance
- Preparation of analyses, operational forecasts and reports
- Ongoing cooperation with other departments and divisions of the company
- Support the production department and management team in providing them with financial and quantitative information as well as reports and analysis
- Short- and long-term production planning at subordinate department
Qualifications
- Prerequisite - Several years of experience in a similar position in the logistics/warehousing or manufacturing industry
- Prerequisite - Very good knowledge of English at min. B2 and ability to work in an international environment
- Experience in independent analysis and reporting using BI class systems (Power BI preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel + Power Query + Knowledge of data warehouses
- Ability to work in a team and developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to seek solutions and think analytically
- Knowledge of controlling and project management principles and methods
- Directional higher education
