POSITION SUMMARY:
The DBSL Growth is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Cytiva China allowing those sites to meet their Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. This position will direct report to Platform DBSL, Cytiva.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive growth initiatives by leveraging DBS tools, mentoring skills, and change management process Assist regional Opco leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap in growth processes (sales, marketing, and innovation) Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching Regularly participate and contribute in PD and Daily Management reviews Assist Management Board with deploying priority improvements Strategic market intelligence to identify platform/Opco growth priorities and support with DBS Ensure productive kaizen events (well planned, executed and sustained) Manage and expand CP and CT funnel Benchmark and incorporate best practices into DBS Build DBS Sustainability in Danaher’s companies in the region Builds DBS culture and scale DBS competency to Danaher Opcos

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture. Need to be able to think strategically and view the business from a senior leader standpoint. Must be very customer focused and have strong interpersonal and communications skills. Will need to be a quick study who can rapidly adapt to Danaher’s culture and gain the confidence of the Danaher organization. This person will be highly energetic and able to handle conflict. Will be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of business experience, including leadership roles in commercial or relevant. Business analytical skills and execution experience are must. General management experience is strongly preferred. Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a senior leader point of view. Ability to design, develop, and implement a DBS roadmap for an operating business. Superior communications and influencing skills. Excellent English Skills (written and spoken). Hands-on experience implementing process improvement/orientation in a leadership role. Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing/graphics/spreadsheet/etc.) Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management
