Roles & Responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator with expertise in finance and controlling , also management skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for database administration, team leadership, and ensuring database solutions align with financial and business goals.
Database Administration:
• Installation of oracle software’s and database creations 19c.
• Worked on multiple operating systems (Linux, UNIX, Windows)
• Experience on Oracle DB migrations or upgrades for large databases
• Experience in database cloning , Oracle enterprise manager.
• Experience on Configuration & Administration of Oracle Data guard.
• Experience on RMAN Backup & Restore
• Knowledge of exp/imp & data pump Utility
• Experience on database patching & Performance tuning
• Working Knowledge of Multitenant architecture with CDB & PDB.
• Communication: Good written and verbal communication, understating of ITIL and IT security Process in corporate environment.
Finance & Controlling:
Work closely with finance teams for Database Tribe's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Support financial data analysis by ensuring integrity and accessibility.
Manage cost control and allocation for database Tribe.
Provide insights on financial impacts and cost optimization strategies.
Management & Leadership:
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align database solutions with organizational objectives.
Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for database management.

Educational qualification:
B.E / B.Tech / Masters Degree
Experience :
8 - 13 years
Mandatory/requires Skills :
DBA with Finance knowledge.
