Resilience Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and engaging Daytime Group Facilitator to join their clinical team in Walpole, MA. What You'll Do

  • Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions for clients in a structured clinical setting
  • Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence
  • Apply trauma-informed and person-centered approaches throughout all group sessions
  • Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following each session
  • Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Requirements
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field (required)
  • Experience facilitating group therapy in psychoeducation, process, or skills-based formats
  • Familiarity with the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  • Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to engage clients and manage group dynamics effectively
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered treatment approaches

Benefits
Schedule and Compensation
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Compensation: $100 per group facilitated
  • Part-time facilitators typically lead an average of 7 groups per day (~$700/day), while full-time facilitators lead an average of 14-15 groups per day (~$1,400-$1,500/day)
