What You'll Do

Requirements
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field (required)
- Experience facilitating group therapy in psychoeducation, process, or skills-based formats
- Familiarity with the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients and manage group dynamics effectively
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered treatment approaches
Benefits
Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Compensation: $100 per group facilitated
- Part-time facilitators typically lead an average of 7 groups per day (~$700/day), while full-time facilitators lead an average of 14-15 groups per day (~$1,400-$1,500/day)
