Day of Work Specialist – ProgressiveHealth, LLC – Princeton, IN

We are looking for an energetic and results driven Day of Work Specialist at a large manufacturing facility in Princeton, IN. This position will support and monitor candidates during a simulated day of work activity and perform interviews for employment in a production environment. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Supporting candidates who are coming in to perform the work simulation activities
    • instruction, coaching, and monitoring activities
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Small group instructional activities
  • Completing the day of work activities
  • Interpreting and tracking file data; scheduling
  • Following established operational policies and procedures

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and being detail oriented is required
  • Flexibility in terms of schedule
  • Previous experience conducting interviews or public speaking is helpful
  • Be energetic, professional, and dependable
  • Work independently, take initiative, anticipate challenges and problem solve
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
