- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Seasonal: June – July) with one Saturday open house

- Reporting to: Camp Director and Leadership Team
- Pay: $16.00 per hour

- Pay: $18.00-19.00 per hour (based on experience)

AVAILABLE POSITIONS1. Camp Instructors
We are looking for staff experienced in art, music, theater, and physical fitness to lead engaging, hands-on workshops. Whether you're an educator or a professional artist, you'll design and implement age-appropriate curriculum for our three divisions.
- Sample classes: Musical Theater, School of Rock, Mixed Media, Visual Arts, Technology, Swimming, and Language Arts.
- Responsibilities: Plan daily activities, manage classroom supplies, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.
2. Camp Counselors
The core of the CMADC experience! Counselors offer direct supervision and mentorship to a specific group of campers, guiding them through their daily routines.
Divisions:
- Division 1: Rising K – 2nd Grade
- Division 2: Rising 3rd – 4th Grade
- Responsibilities: Facilitate group bonding, ensure camper safety, and assist instructors during specialized sessions.
- Perks: Lunch is provided daily.
3. Camp Leadership Content Coordinators
Seeking experienced members to oversee daily operations and staff management.
- Roles: You will oversee a diverse team of instructors (Music, Theater, Visual Arts, fitness) to ensure that the curriculum is developmentally appropriate, engaging, and aligned with CMADC’s mission
- Responsibilities: Manage staff schedules, resolve conflicts, coordinate with parents, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
