Databricks Sales Executive | Day-to-Day  

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the Databricks ecosystem, targeting high-growth markets and enterprise accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across diverse industries to accelerate adoption of Databricks solutions.
  • Qualify leads and design customized strategies that address client challenges, ensuring alignment with their goals and maximizing the value of Databricks offerings.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the business impact and ROI of Databricks solutions.
  • Lead negotiations, manage complex deal structures, and close high-value contracts while fostering long-term partnerships and customer success.
  • Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets, while staying informed on Databricks innovations, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.

Databricks Sales Executive | Day-to-Day

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in big data, cloud, AI/ML, or advanced analytics sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of the Databricks platform, its capabilities, and competitive differentiators, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals within SaaS, cloud, or data analytics ecosystems.
  • Expertise in building executive-level relationships and influencing C-suite decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive pipeline growth and sales efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
