Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using Python.

• Perform API testing using Python Pytest framework.

• Conduct Database/ETL testing to ensure data integrity and consistency.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and automation testing.

• Work on data migration projects to validate data integrity and transformation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to ensure quality assurance best practices.

• Identify, document, and track defects and work towards their resolution.

• Continuously improve automation strategies and integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and testing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Python for test automation and framework development.

• Strong expertise in SQL and database/ETL testing.

• Hands-on experience with API testing using Python Pytest.

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining automation test scripts.

• Experience working on data migration projects and ensuring data integrity.

• Knowledge of CI/CD integration with automated testing tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data migration projects and/or cloud-based testing environments.

• Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.

• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Educational qualification:

B.E/B.Tech/MCA

4-8 Years
