- Design and implement database solutions for enterprise applications,
- Optimize performance of deployments using features like partitioning, indexing, clustering,
- Design to migration solution of database systems like from Oracle to GaussDB,
- Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, security and reliability of databases,
- Conduct capacity planning, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve Huawei Cloud Databases.
- 3+ years experience with enterprise database technologies like Oracle/SQL-Server/PostgreSQL,
- Strong understanding of at least 1 type of database architecture, features, and best practices,
- Experience with database migration, optimization, HA clustering, scaling, tuning,
- Proficiency in SQL, database design principles, data modeling, ETL processes,
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana,
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
- Must be able to work in Istanbul-Izmir-Ankara offices.
