The Role: Database Marketing Analyst (EMEA)

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Analyze customer data in AEP to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, create audience segments, and track campaign performance with reports and dashboards.
• Maintain and optimize customer segmentation strategies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information in AEP.
• Provide recommendations and support to customers and marketers, addressing their data needs and staying updated with the latest database marketing and AEP practices.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in AEP by working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working with EMEA time zone hours and handling night calls with stakeholders and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, or any related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Alteryx, SQL, and Adobe Experience Platform
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in database marketing or CRM is a plus
• Advanced Excel experience – Experience with import, manipulation and presentation of data, V Lookup & Pivot Tables would be an added advantage
